23R3 Data Model Changes: QualityOne

With every release, we update the data model to better support evolving needs and new feature functionality. With this release, we’ve added the following components to the QualityOne data model. These data model updates are automatically included in all QualityOne Vaults, but Admins must make configuration changes to make them available. For information on feature functionality, see What’s New in 23R3.

Data Model Updates - QMS

Added components to support the Periodic Review feature:

  • Added the following objects:
    • APQR (apqr__v)
    • APQR Item (apqr_item__v)
    • Periodic Review Template (periodic_review_template__v)
    • Periodic Review Template Item (periodic_review_template_item__v)
  • Added the following object lifecycles:
    • APQR Lifecycle (apqr_lifecycle__v)
    • APQR Item Lifecycle (apqr_item_lifecycle__v)
    • Periodic Review Template Lifecycle (periodic_review_template_lifecycle__v)
  • Added the following document types:
    • APQR (apqr__v)
    • APQR Binder (apqr_binder__v)
    • Final Report (final_report__v)
  • Added the following document fields:
    • APQR (apqr__v)
    • APQR Binder (apqr_binder__v)
    • Final Report (final_report__v)
  • Added the APQR LIfecycle (apqr_lifecycle__v) document lifecycle.

Added components to support the HACCP Flow Diagram: Easily Identifiable Process Steps feature:

  • Added the Ingredient Involved (hpps_hpi__v) object.
  • Added the following object types to the Process Step (process_step__v) object:
    • Material Step (material_step__v)
    • Logistics Step (logistics_step__v)
    • Connector (diagram_connector__v)
  • Added the following object types to the HACCP Plan Process Step (haccp_plan_process_step__v) object:
    • Material Step (material_step__v)
    • Logistics Step (logistics_step__v)
    • Connector (diagram_connector__v)
  • Added the following fields to the HACCP Plan Process Step (haccp_plan_process step__v) object:
    • Connector Name (connector_name__v)
    • Step Type (step_type__v)
  • Added the following fields to the HACCP Plan Ingredient (haccp_plan_ingredient__v) object:
    • Display Label (display_label__v)
    • Ingredient Name (ingredient_name__v)

Added components to support the HACCP Flow Diagram: Managing Hazard Analysis feature:

  • Added the Process Hazard Analysis - Hazard (pha_hazard__v) object.
  • Added the following fields to the Process Hazard Analysis (process_hazard_analysis__v) object:
    • Display Label (display_label__v)
    • Hazard (hazard_v)

QMS & HSE

Added components to support the Skip Checklist Assignment for Previously Assigned Checklists feature:

  • Added the Checklist (checklist__v) field to the Audit Checklist Assignment (audit_checklist_assignment__v) object.

Added components to support the Risk Management: Support for 2D and 3D Matrices in the Same Vault feature:

  • Added the Risk Matrix Dimension (risk_matrix_dimension__v) field to the Risk Matrix (risk_matrix__v) object.
  • Added the Risk Matrix Dimension (risk_matrix_dimension__v) picklist.
