22R3 Data Model Changes: RegulatoryOne & Veeva Claims

With every release, we update the data model to better support evolving needs and new feature functionality. With this release, we’ve added the following components to the RegulatoryOne data model. These data model updates are automatically included in all RegulatoryOne Vaults, but Admins must make configuration changes to make them available. For information on feature functionality, see What’s New in 22R3.

Data Model Updates - RegulatoryOne Compliance Management

Updated components to support the Relabel Compliance Assessment Object to Qualitative Assessment feature:

  • Changed the label of the compliance_assessment__v object from Compliance Assessment to Qualitative Assessment.

Data Model Updates - RegulatoryOne Registration & Dossier Management

Added components to support the Global Change Impact Assessment feature:

  • Added the Global Operational Change (global_operational_change__v) object.
  • Added the Global Operational Change Type (global_operational_change_type__v) picklist.
  • Added the Global Operational Change (global_operational_change__v) field to the Event (event__v) object
  • Added the Global Impact Assessment Source Record (gia_source_record__v) field to the Registration Item (request__v) object.

Added components to support the Copy & Amend Dossier feature:

  • Added the following fields to the Registration Item Requirement (request__requirement__v) object:
    • Depth in Source Hierarchy (depth_in_source_hierarchy__v)
    • Source (source__v)
    • Token Resolution Record ID (token_resolution_record_id__v)
    • Use Source (use_source__v)
  • Added the Source Dossier Re-use Root Requirement (reuse_root_requirement__v) field to the following objects:
    • Registration (registration__v)
    • Registration Item (request__v)

Data Model Updates - Veeva Claims

Added components to support the Comment Threads for Claims & Projects feature:

  • Added the following objects:
    • Claim Thread (claim_thread__v)
    • Project Thread (project_thread__v)
  • Added the Is Root Comment (root_comment__v) and Thread Comment (thread__v) fields to the following objects:
    • Claim Comment (claim_comment__v)
    • Project Comment (project_comment__v).

Added components to support the Comment Threads for Objects feature:

  • Added the Comment Thread (comment_thread__v object.
  • Added the following fields to the Claim Admin Setting (claim_user_setting__v) object:
    • Thread Object Type Name (thread_object_type_name__v)
    • Thread Reference Field Name (thread_reference_field_name__v)

Added components to support the Bulk Add Elements to Pack Copy feature:

  • Added the Bulk Add Element User Input (bulk_element_user_input_object__v) object.

Added components to support the Pack Copy Reference to Panel feature:

  • Added the Pack Copy (pack_copy__v) field to the Panel (panel__v) object.

Updated components to support the Panel Element Hierarchical Copy feature:

  • Added the ability to enable the attribute Allow hierarchical copy for the Element (element__v) and Panel (panel__v) fields on the Panel Element (panel_element__v) object.
