21R3 Data Model Changes: QualityOne

With every release, we update the data model to better support evolving needs and new feature functionality. With this release, we’ve added the following components to the QualityOne data model. These data model updates are automatically included in all QualityOne Vaults, but Admins must make configuration changes to make them available. For information on feature functionality, see What’s New in 21R3.

Data Model Updates

Added components to support the Control Charts for Inspection Management feature:

  • Added the following fields to the Inspection Sample Test Result (inspection_sample_test_result__v) object:
    • Facility (facility__v)
    • Supplier Manufacturing Site Name (supplier_manufacturing_site_name__v)
    • Test Result Date (test_result_date__v)
    • Inspection (inspection__v)

Added components to support the Create Related Record Entry Action Enhancement feature:

  • Added the following page components:
    • Related Child Record Setup (related_child_record_setup_page__v)
    • Field Mapping (rcrs_field_mapping_page__v)

Added components to support the Audit Program Planning feature:

  • Added the following objects:
    • Audit Program (audit_program__v)
    • Proposed Audit (proposed_audit__v)
  • Added the following object lifecycles:
    • Audit Program Lifecycle (audit_program_lifecycle__v)
    • Proposed Audit Lifecycle (proposed_audit_lifecycle__v)
  • Added the following fields to the Audit (audit__v) object:
    • Related Audit Program (related_audit_program__v)
    • Related Proposed Audit (related_proposed_audit__v)

Added components to support the COA Analysis Multilingual Support feature:

  • Added the following objects:
    • Localized Acceptable Attribute (localized_acceptable_attribute__v)
    • Localized Characteristic (localized_characteristic__v)
    • Localized Unit (localized_unit__v)
  • Added the Localized Field field to the Inspection Sample Test Result (inspection_sample_test_result__v) object.
  • Added the COA Document Language (coa_document_language__v) field to the COA Inspection (coa_inspection__v) object type.
  • Added the Language (language__v) field to the following objects and object types:
    • COA Matching Rule Variant (coa_matching_rule_variant__v) object
    • Component Matching Variant (component_matching_variant__v) object types:
      • Unit (unit__v)
      • Characteristic (characteristic__v)

Added components to support the OSHA Reporting for Incident Management feature:

  • Added the following fields to the HSE Event (ehs_event__v) object:
    • Date of Birth (date_of_birth__v)
    • Date Hired (date_hired__v)
    • Gender (gender__v)
    • Job Title (job_title__v)
    • Date and Time Employee Began Work (date_and_time_employee_began_work__v)
    • Employee Address - Street (employee_address_street__v)
    • Employee Address - City (employee_address_city__v)
    • Employee Address - State/Province (employee_address_stateprovince__v)
    • Employee Address - ZIP/Postal Code (employee_address_zippostal_code__v)
    • Employee Address - Country (employee_address_country__v)

Additional Data Model Updates

Updated components to support the Enhanced Configurability for Risk Management feature:

  • Added the ability to enable the attribute Allow hierarchical copy for the Risk Register (risk_register__v) field on the Risk Event (risk_event__v) object.

Updated components to support the Enhanced Configurability for the Formulation Object feature:

  • Added the ability to configure the attribute Values must be unique for the Formulation ID (name__v) field on the Formulation (formulation__v) object.
