With every release, we update the data model to better support evolving needs and new feature functionality. With this release, we’ve added the following components to the Platform data model. These data model updates are automatically included in all Platform Vaults, but Admins must make configuration changes to make them available. The following changes were made to support the Notification Categories & Email Preferences feature:
- The Default Value for the following User (
user__sys) object’s fields are copied to the Email Preferences (email_preferences__sys) field of the following notification templates:- Annotation Replies (

user__sys) object’s Tasks (tasks__sys) field is also copied to notification templates associated with existing workflow tasks - The Default Value for the User (
user__sys) object’s fields mentioned above are also disabled as the Email Preferences are now configured from the notification template going forward.
The following changes were made to the timezone__sys picklist to support the Additional Supported Time Zones feature:
- 230 new entries
- 7 labels updated
