24R1 Data Model Changes: Medical

With every release, we update the data model to better support evolving needs and new feature functionality. With this release, we’ve added the following components to the Medical data model. These data model updates are automatically included in all Medical Vaults, but Admins must make configuration changes to make them available. For information on feature functionality, see What’s New in 24R1.

The following changes were made to Medical Vaults to support the CRM Data Sharing: Pull Custom Response Details (e.g. email, phone) feature:

  • Added the Email Address (email_address_v) field to the Case (case__v) and Case Response (case_response__v) objects

The following changes were made to Multichannel Vaults:

  • Added the CRM External Display Name (crm_external_display_name__v) document field

  • Added the following new document fields:
    • Content Module (content_module__v)
    • CRM Target Platform (crm_target_platform__v)
  • Added the External ID (external_id__v) on the Content Module Asset object
  • Added the following new objects:
    • Content Module (content_module__v) with object types Base and CRM Email
    • Content Module Asset (content_module_asset__v) with object types Base and Email Asset (email_asset__v)
    • Content Module Ruleset (content_module_ruleset__v)
    • Ruleset Rule (ruleset_rule__v)
    • Content Module Template
    • Content Module Combination (content_module_combinations__v)
    • Content Module Asset Combination (content_module_asset_combination__v)
  • Added the following new document type: Content Module (content_module__v) with subtype Approval Document (approval_document__v)
  • Added new multi-document workflow Content Module Approval Document (content_module_approval_document__v)
  • Added new document lifecycle Content Module Approval Document (content_module_approval_document__v)
  • Added the following new object lifecycles:
    • Content Module Asset Lifecycle (content_module_asset_lifecycle__v)
    • Content Module Lifecycle (content_module_lifecycle__v)
    • Content Module Combinations Lifecycle
    • Content Module Asset Combinations Lifecycle
  • Added the following new picklists:
    • Content Type (content_type__v)
    • Rule Type (rule_type__v)
    • Text Element Type (text_element_type__v)
  • Added the inactive picklist CRM Target Platform (crm_target_platform__v)
  • Added the following new notifications:
    • Content Module Workflow Approval Task (content_module_workflow_approval_task_v)
    • Content Module Task Assigned (content_module_task_assigned_v)
    • Content Module State Change Notification (content_module_state_change_notification_v)
  • Added the Event (event_v) field to the Case Response (case_response_v) object
  • Added the Country (country_v) field to the Person (person_v) object
  • Added the Country Locale join object
