23R1 Data Model Changes: QualityOne

With every release, we update the data model to better support evolving needs and new feature functionality. With this release, we’ve added the following components to the QualityOne data model. These data model updates are automatically included in all QualityOne Vaults, but Admins must make configuration changes to make them available. For information on feature functionality, see What’s New in 23R1.

Data Model Updates - QualityOne QMS

Added components to support the Generate Documents using Object Record Actions for Audits feature:

• Added the Audit Record (audit_record__v) document field.

Added components to support the Deep Copying Inspection Plan Requirement & Acceptable Attributes feature:

• Added the Copy Source (copy_source__v) field to the Inspection Plan (inspection_plan__v) object.

Added components to support the Supporting Application Security Matching Rules using Facility for Inspection Sample Test Result Object feature:

• Added the Facility (facility__v) field to the Record Matching Rule (record_matching_rule__v) object.
• Removed the Object Sharing Rule (object_sharing_rule__v) object.
• Added the Internal Composite Key (internal_composite_key__v) field to the Record Matching Rule (record_matching_rule__v) object.

Added components to support the Inspection Sample Test Results Enhancements feature:

• Added the Attribute Verdict (attribute_verdict__v) field to the Inspection Sample Test Result (inspection_sample_test_result__v) object.

Added components to support the Pre-populate Hazards in Material Verification Checklists by Food Category and Sub-category feature:

• Added the Material Verification-Material (material_verification_material__v) object.
• Added the following fields to the Material Verification (material_verification__v) object:
  • Material Category (material_category__v)
  • Material Sub-Category (material_sub_category__v)
  • Section Label Matching (section_label_matching__v)

• Added the ability to enable the attribute System manages field value (read-only) for the Formulation ID (name__v) field on the Formulation (formulation__v) object.
• Removed the CCP-Action Item (ccp_action_item__v) object.
• Removed the following fields from the Process (process__v), Process Hazard Template (process_hazard_template__v), and Ingredient Hazard Template (ingredient_hazard_template__v) objects:
  • Material Category (material_category__v)
  • Material Subcategory (material_subcategory__v)

Added components to support the Acceptable Attribute Remodel feature:

• Added the Attribute Test Result Variant (attribute_test_result_variant__v) object.
• Added the Target Value (Attribute Data) (target_value_attribute_data__v) field to the Test Results (Attribute Date) (test_result_attribute_data__v) object type of the Inspection Plan Requirement (inspection_plan_requirement__v) object.
• Added the following fields to the Inspection Sample Test Result (inspection_sample_test_results__v) object:
  • Observed Attribute Result (observed_attribute_result__v )
  • Target Value (Attribute Data) (target_value_attribute_data__v)
• Added the Failed Due to Verdict (failed_due_to_verdict__v) value to the Failure Reason (failure_reason__v) picklist.

Added components to support the COA Inspection Enhancements feature:

• Added the COA Analysis Results (coa_analysis_results__v) object.
• Added the Processed Straight Through? (processed_straight_through__v) field to the Inspection (inspection__v) object.
• Added the following fields to the COA Header OCR Data (coa_header_ocr_data__v) object:

Data Model Updates - QualityOne Training

Added components to support the QualityOne & Training Vault Connection feature:

• Added the Applicable to Training (applicable_to_training__v) document field.
• Added the following connections:
  • Local App Owner Connection (local_app_owner_connection__v)
  • QualityOne to Training (qualityone_to_training__v)
• Added the QualityOne to Training Outbound Queue (qualityone_to_training_outbound_queue__v) queue connection.
