22R2 Data Model Changes: QualityOne

With every release, we update the data model to better support evolving needs and new feature functionality. With this release, we’ve added the following components to the QualityOne data model. These data model updates are automatically included in all QualityOne Vaults, but Admins must make configuration changes to make them available. For information on feature functionality, see What’s New in 22R2.

Data Model Updates

Added components to support the HVO Migration Preparation: Inspection Sample Test Result Object feature:

  • Added the App field sync tracker (app_field_sync_request_tracker__v) object.
  • Added the Supplier (supplier_name__v) field to the Inspection Sample Test Result (inspection_sample_test_result__v) object.

Added components to support the Application Security for Inspection Sample Test Result (ISTR) High Volume Object feature:

  • Added the following objects:
    • Object Sharing Rule (object_sharing_rule__v)
    • Recording Matching Rule (recording_matching_rule__v)
  • Added the Fail: Update fields on ISTR (fail_update_field_istr_inspection__v) notification template.

Added components to support the Populating HACCP Plans with Hazard Analysis Details: Entry & User Action feature:

  • Added the following objects:
    • Ingredient Hazard Template (ingredient_hazard_template__v)

Added components to support the Deep Copying HACCP Plans: Entry & User Action feature:

Added components to support the Automated Email Intake for Certificate of Analysis (COAs) feature:

  • Added the following notification templates:
    • CoA Submission (coa_submission__v)
