22R1 Data Model Changes: QualityOne

With every release, we update the data model to better support evolving needs and new feature functionality. With this release, we’ve added the following components to the QualityOne data model. These data model updates are automatically included in all QualityOne Vaults, but Admins must make configuration changes to make them available. For information on feature functionality, see What’s New in 22R1.

Data Model Updates

Added components to support the Risk Management: Detectability Support for Qualitative & Quantitative Risk Matrices feature:

• Added the Detectability (detectability__v) object with the following object types:
  • Qualitative Detectability (qualitative_detectability__v)
  • Quantitative Detectability (quantitative_detectability__v)
• Added the Detectability (detectability__v) field to the Risk Matrix Setup (risk_matrix_setup__v) object
• Added the following fields to the Risk Event (risk_event__v) object:
  • Detectability Before (detectability_before__v)
  • Detectability After (detectability_after__v)

Added components to support the Linking Quality & HSE Events to Risk Register feature:

• Added the following objects:
  • HSE-Risk Event (hse_risk_event__v)
  • NCR-Risk Event (ncr_risk_event__v)

Added components to support the External Collaboration Management on CAR feature:

• Added the External Collaborator CAR Assignment (external_collaborator_car_assignment__v) object.
• Added the External Collaborator (external_collaborator__v) application role.
• Added the External Collaborator User Template (external_collaborator_user_template__v) page component.
• Added the External Collaborator (external_collaborator___v) field to the CAR (car__v) object and SCAR (scar__v) object type.
• Added the Organization (organization__v) field to the Person (person__v) object.
• Added the Managed by QMS Automation (managed_by_qms_automation__v) field to the User (user__sys) object.

Added components to support the Product Hierarchy Data Model Extension for Packaging & Materials feature:

• Added the following objects:
  • Packaging (packaging__v)

Added components to support the Inspections Compatibility with Extended Product Hierarchy Data Model feature:

• Added the Days Left to Upgrade (days_left_to_upgrade__v) field to the Station Device (station_device__v) object.
• Added the following object lifecycles:
  • Station Manager Category Lifecycle (station_manager_category_lifecycle__v)
  • Station Document Categorization LC (station_document_categorization_lc__v)

Added components to support the COA Ingestion Enhancements feature:

• Added the following values to the Variant Type (variant_type__v) picklist:
  • Contains (contains__v)
  • Starts With (starts_with__v)

• Added the following fields to the COA Matching Rule Variant (coa_matching_rule_variant__v) object:
  • Product (product__v)
  • Product Version (product_version__v)

• Added the Matching Type (matching_type__v) field to the Component Matching Variant (component_matching_variant__v) object and following object types:
  • Characteristic Matching Variant (characteristic_matching_variant__v)
  • Unit Matching Variant (unit_matching_variant__v)
• Updated the Matching Type (matching_type__v) picklist label and name to the Component Matching Rule (coa_component_matching_rule__v) picklist label and name on the Component Matching Variant (component_matching_variant__v) object.
• Added the following fields to the COA Test Results OCR Data (coa_test_results_ocr_data__v) object:
