19R3 Data Model Changes: MedComms

With every release, we update the data model to better support evolving needs and new feature functionality. With this release, we’ve added the following components to the data model. These data model updates are automatically included in all Vaults, but Admins must make configuration changes to make them available. For information on feature functionality, see What’s New in 19R3.

Added the following objects:

  • CRM Data Mapping (crm_data_mapping__v) with fields:
    • CRM Default Value (crm_default_value__v)
    • CRM Field (crm_field__v)
    • CRM Object (crm_object__v)
    • CRM Org (crm_org__v)
    • CRM Picklist Value (crm_picklist_value__v)
    • Job Type (job_type__v)
    • Mapping Type (mapping_type__v)
    • Name (name__v)
    • Vault Default Value (vault_default_value__v)
    • Vault Field (vault_field__v)
    • Vault Object (vault_object__v)
    • Vault Picklist Value (vault_picklist_value__v)
  • Merged Contact (merged_contact__v) with fields:
    • Merged Into Contact (merged_into_contact__v)
    • Name (name__v)
    • Original Contact (original_contact__v)

Added the following fields to the Case (case__v) object:

  • CRM Org (crm_org__v)
  • CRM MIFR External ID (crm_mifr_external_id__v)
  • External ID (external_id__v)
  • Last CRM Data Share Date (crm_data_share_date__v)

Added the External ID (external_id__v) field to the Case Request (case_request__v) object.

Added the following fields to the CRM Org (crm_org__v) object:

  • CRM Username (crm_username__v)
  • Initial Sync Complete Date (Account) (initial_sync_complete_date_account__v)
  • Initial Sync Complete Date (Inquiry) (initial_sync_complete_date_inquiry__v)
  • Initial Sync Start Date (Account) (initial_sync_start_date_account__v)
  • Initial Sync Start Date (Inquiry) (initial_sync_start_date_inquiry__v)
  • Integration Start Date (Account) (integration_start_date_account__v)
  • Integration Start Date (Inquiry) (integration_start_date_inquiry__v)

Added the Case Contact (case_contact__v) object type to the Person (person__sys) object with fields:

  • CRM Org (crm_org__v)
  • External ID (external_id__v)
  • Last CRM Data Share Date (external_id__v)
