24R1 Data Model Changes: QualityOne

With every release, we update the data model to better support evolving needs and new feature functionality. With this release, we’ve added the following components to the QualityOne data model. These data model updates are automatically included in all QualityOne Vaults, but Admins must make configuration changes to make them available. For information on feature functionality, see What’s New in 24R1.

Data Model Updates - Document Control

Added components to support the External Collaboration: External Review & Approval of Documents feature:

• Added the Ext Collab Document Assignment (ext_collab_document_assignment__v) object.
• Added the following document fields:
  • Collaborate externally? (collaborate_externally__v)
  • External Collaboration (external_collaboration__v)
  • Organization (organization__v)

Data Model Updates - QMS (QualityOne)

Added components to support the Supplier Periodic Review feature:

• Added the following objects:
  • SPR (spr__v)
  • SPR Item (spr_item__v)
• Added the following object lifecycles:
  • SPR Item Lifecycle (spr_item_lifecycle__v)
  • SPR Lifecycle (spr_lifecycle__v)
• Added the following fields to the Organization (organization__v) object:
  • Next Audit Date (spr_next_audit_date__v)
  • Risk Classification (spr_risk_classification__v)
  • Added the SPR (spr__v) object type to the Periodic Review Template (periodic_review_template__v) object.

  • Hazard Classification Group (hazard_classification_group__v)
• Added the following fields to the HACCP Plan Process Step Connection (haccp_plan_process_step_connection__v) object:
  • Input Handle (input_handle__v)
  • Output Handle (output_handle__v)
• Added the HACCP Plan Process Step Handle Position (hpps_handle_position__v) picklist.
• Added the Critical Control Type (critical_control_type__v) field to the CCP-Hazard Analysis (ccp_hazard_analysis__v) object.
• Added the Step Name (step_name__v) field to the following HACCP Plan Process Step (haccp_plan_process_step__v) object types:
