23R2 Data Model Changes: Medical

With every release, we update the data model to better support evolving needs and new feature functionality. With this release, we’ve added the following components to the Medical data model. These data model updates are automatically included in all Medical Vaults, but Admins must make configuration changes to make them available. For information on feature functionality, see What’s New in 23R2.

The following changes were made to MedInquiry Vaults to support the Frequently Asked Questions for Medical Inquiry feature:

  • Added the Frequently Asked Question (frequently_asked_question__v) object
  • Added the following join objects:
    • Frequently Asked Question Country (frequently_asked_question_country__v)
    • Frequently Asked Question Product (frequently_asked_question_product__v)
    • Frequently Asked Question Standard Resp (frequently_asked_question_standard_resp__v)
  • Added the Frequently Asked Question (frequently_asked_question_lifecycle__v) object lifecycle
  • Added the Frequently Asked Question (frequently_asked_question__v) field to the Case Request object

The following changes were made to MedInquiry Vaults to support the Standard Responses for Medical Inquiry feature:

  • Added the following objects:
    • Standard Response (standard_response__v)
    • Standard Response Fulfillment Document (standard_response_document__v)
  • Added the following join objects:
    • Standard Response Country (standard_response_country__v)
    • Standard Response Product (standard_response_product__v)
  • Added the Standard Response (standard_response_lifecycle__v) object lifecycle
  • Added the Standard Response (standard_response__v) field to the Case Request object

The following changes were also made to Medical Vaults:

  • Increased the character limit on the External ID (external_id__v) field on the Key Messages (key_message__v) to 255 characters
  • Added the External ID (external_id__v) field to the CRM Content Group (crm_content_group__v) object
  • Added the new inactive CRM Legacy iPad Content Mode (crm_legacy_ipad_content_mode__v) shared document field
  • Added the new inactive CRM Slide Notes (crm_slide_notes__v) shared document field
  • Removed the CRM Message Template Translation (crm_message_template_translation__v) object
  • Updated the CRM Message Template (crm_message_template__v) object as follows:
    • Renamed the Global Content Template (global_content_template__v) object type to Universal Content Template (universal_content_template__v)
    • Made Universal Content Template the default object type
    • Removed the Product Content Template (product_content_template__v) object type
    • Added the Country (country__v), Language (language__v), and Text (text__v) object fields
    • Added the Country (country__v), Language (language__v), and Text (text__v) fields to the Manual Assign Content Template (manual_assign_content_template__v) object type
  • Removed the CRM Message Template CRM Product (crm_message_template_crm_product__v) object
  • Removed the CRM Message Template CRM Product Group (crm_message_template_crm_product_group__v) object
  • Removed the CRM Message Template Translations Lifecycle (crm_message_template_translations__v) and added the CRM Message Template Lifecycle (crm_message_template_lifecycle__v)
