23R1 Data Model Changes: Medical

With every release, we update the data model to better support evolving needs and new feature functionality. With this release, we’ve added the following components to the Medical data model. These data model updates are automatically included in all Medical Vaults, but Admins must make configuration changes to make them available. For information on feature functionality, see What’s New in 23R1.

The following change was made to MedComms Vaults to support the CRM Events Management Integration Fields feature:

  • Added the CRM EM Catalog Type (crm_em_catalog_type__v) and CRM EM Presentation Type (crm_em_presentation_type__v) picklists
  • Added the CRM EM Catalog Type (crm_em_catalog_type__v) and CRM EM Presentation Type (crm_em_presentation_type__v) shared document fields

The following changes were made to Medical Vaults to support the Email Templates for Medical Inquiry Case Responses and Response Package: Download Source Document features:

  • Added the following fields to the Case Response object:
    • To (email_to__v)
    • Subject (email_subject__v)
    • Body (email_body__v)
    • Email Template (email_template__v)
    • Allow Source Document Download (allow_source_document_download__v)
  • Added the following lookup fields to the Case Response object:
    • Country (country__v)
    • Language (language__v)
  • Added the Case Response Email Template (case_response_email_template__v) object
  • Added the following join objects:
    • Case Response Email Template Product (case_response_email_template_product__v)
    • Case Response Email Template Country (case_response_email_template_country__v)
  • Added the following fields to the Case object:
    • Country (country__v)
    • Language (language__v)
  • Added the Case Response Email Template lifecycle

The following changes were also made to Medical Vaults:

  • Added the following fields to the Country (country__v) object:
    • Vault Medical UUID (medical_uuid__v)
    • Country Code (country_code__v)
  • Added the following objects:
    • Language (language__v)
    • Country Language (country_language__v)
  • Added the following document fields: 
    • CRM Web Link Include ISI and PI (crm_web_link_include_isi_and_pi__v)
    • CRM Content Group (crm_content_group__v) 
  • Added the CRM Content Group (crm_content_group__v) object
