22R3 Data Model Changes: QualityOne

With every release, we update the data model to better support evolving needs and new feature functionality. With this release, we’ve added the following components to the QualityOne data model. These data model updates are automatically included in all QualityOne Vaults, but Admins must make configuration changes to make them available. For information on feature functionality, see What’s New in 22R3.

Data Model Updates - QualityOne QMS

Added components to support the Enhancing In-Process Inspection Object Actions to Exclude Samples feature:

  • Added the Exclude from Analysis (exclude_from_analysis__v) field to the Inspection Sample (inspection_sample__v) object.

Added components to support the Object Sharing Rule Record Uniqueness feature:

  • Added the Internal Composite Key (internal_composite_key__v) field to the Object Sharing Rule (object_sharing_rule__v) object.

Added components to support the HACCP Management Data Model Enhancement feature:

  • Added the following objects:
    • Process Step Connection (process_step_connection__v)
    • HACCP Plan Process Step Connection (haccp_plan_process_step_connection__v)
  • Added the following fields to the CCP-Hazard Analysis (ccp_hazard_analysis__v) object:
    • HACCP Plan (haccp_plan__v)
    • Source CCP Hazard Analysis (source_ccp_hazard_analysis__v)
  • Added the new picklist Hazard Classification Group (hazard_classification_group__v) picklist.
  • Added the Hazard Classification Group (hazard_classification_group__v) field to the Hazard (hazard__v) object.
  • Added the CCP-Hazard Analysis (ccp_hazard_analysis__v) field to the Action Item (action_item_qdm__v) object.

Added components to support the Multiple COA Attachment Support for Automated Email Intake feature:

  • Added the Source Inspection (source_inspection__v) field to the COA Inspection (coa_inspection__v) object type.
  • Removed the New CoA file Submitted (coa_new_coa_submitted__v) notification template.
  • Updated the CoA Submission (coa_submission__v) notification template.
  • Updated the Success: CoA Received (success_coa_received__v) notification template.
  • Updated the CoA Email: Failed to upload the file (coa_email_fail_upload_file__v) notification template.

Added components to support the COA Inspection Enhancements feature:

  • Added the Below Detectable Limit Variant (below_detectable_limit_variant__v) object.
  • Added the Not Detected (not_detected_v) value to the Test Result Variable Data Symbol (test_result_variable_data_symbol__v) picklist.

Added components to support the QualityOne Process Navigator feature:

  • Added the following objects:
    • Visual Hierarchy (visual_hierarchy__v)
    • Hierarchy Document (hierarchy_document__v)
  • Added the Visual Hierarchy (visual_hierarchy_lifecycle__v) object lifecycle.
  • Added the following page components:
    • Visual Hierarchy Configuration (visualhierarchyconfiguration__v)
    • Visual Hierarchy Configuration Field (visualhierarchyconfigurationfield__v)
