21R2 Data Model Changes: RegulatoryOne & Veeva Claims

With every release, we update the data model to better support evolving needs and new feature functionality. With this release, we’ve added the following components to the RegulatoryOne & Veeva Claims data model. These data model updates are automatically included in all listed application Vaults, but Admins must make configuration changes to make them available. Data Model Updates – RegulatoryOne Registrations & Dossier Management

Added components to support the Dynamic Template to Create Requirements feature:

  • Added the following new objects:
    • Regulated Category (regulated_category__v)
  • Added the Relational Token (relational_token_tab__v) tab.
  • Added the following fields to the Requirement (product__v) object:
    • Regulated Category (regulated_category__v)
    • EDL (edl__v)
    • Token Label (token_label__v)
  • Added the Generate Requirements Job Status (generate_requirements_job_status__v) field to the Registration Item (request__v) object.
  • Added the Job Status (dossier_job_status__v) picklist.

Added components to support the Create Registrations in Bulk feature:

  • Added the Registration Creation Job Status (registration_creation_job_status__v) field to the Registration Item (request__v) object.

Added components to support the Regulatory Request Management feature:

  • Added the following new objects and object types:

In this release, we have also added the Registration (registration__v) object.

Data Model Updates – Veeva Claims

Added components to support the Auto-Create Element feature:

  • Added the Claim (claim_v) value to the Element Type (element_type__v) picklist.

Added components to support the Selective Creation of Local Adaptations from a Project feature:

  • Added the Generate Local Adaptations (generate_local_adaptation_setting__v) value to the Setting Type (setting_type__v) picklist.
  • Added the following fields to the Claim Admin Setting (claim_user_setting__v) object:
    • Instructional Text (instructional_text__v)
    • Grid Columns (grid_columns__v)

Added components to support the Auto-Localize Pack Copy Enhancements feature:

  • Added the Local Adaptation (local_adaptation__v) field to the Element (element__v) object.
  • Added the Local Adaptation Statement Join (local_adaptation_statement_join__v) object.
  • Added the Localize Pack Copy (localize_pack_copy__v) value to the Setting Type (setting_type__v) picklist.
  • Added the following fields to the Claim Admin Setting (claim_user_setting__v) object:
    • Element Types for Localization (element_types_localization__v)
    • Instructional Text (instructional_text__v)
    • Grid Columns (grid_columns__v)
  • Removed the Localize Pack Copy (localize_pack_copy_user_input_object__v) object.
