With every release, we update the data model to better support evolving needs and new feature functionality. With this release, we’ve added the following components to the Commercial data model. These data model updates are automatically included in all Commercial Vaults, but Admins must make configuration changes to make them available. For information on feature functionality, see What’s New in 20R2.
Updated the following fields to be mandatory on all documents:
- Content Creation Cost (
content_creation_cost__v) - Content Creation Currency (
content_creation_currency__v) - Global Content Type (
global_content_type__v)
Added the following new document fields:
- Annotations (Claim Links) (

New shared document field: Use China CDN (use_china_cdn__v)
New object field: Use China CDN (use_china_cdn__v) on the Distribution (distribution__v) object
Updated MedComms Vaults with the following:
- Added new object: Case Intake (
case_intake__v) - Added new picklist: Case Response Type (
case_response_type__v) - If the Enable Case Intake Form admin feature flag is ticked, added the following Page Link: Case to Case Intake Form redirect (
case_to_case_intake_redirect__v)
