With every release, we update the data model to better support evolving needs and new feature functionality. With this release, we’ve added the following components to the MedComms data model. These data model updates are automatically included in all MedComms Vaults, but Admins must make configuration changes to make them available. The following components have been added to MedComms Vaults:
- To support Medical Inquiry Email Tracking, this release adds the Case Response Email (
case_response_email__v) object to all MedComms Vaults. - To provide greater flexibility in the Medical Inquiry data model, users can now specify whether the following standard fields are required or not required:
