23R3 Data Model Changes: Commercial

With every release, we update the data model to better support evolving needs and new feature functionality. With this release, we’ve added the following components to the Commercial data model. These data model updates are automatically included in all Commercial Vaults, but Admins must make configuration changes to make them available. For information on feature functionality, see What’s New in 23R3.

23R2.2

  • The following changes were made to PromoMats Vaults to support the Additional Custom Document Widgets for Portals feature:
    • Updated the Portal Widget (portal_widget__v) object as follows:
    • Added five additional Object Types:
      • Additional Content 5 (additional_five__v)
      • Additional Content 6 (additional_six__v)
      • Additional Content 7 (additional_seven__v)
      • Additional Content 8 (additional_eight__v)
      • Additional Content 9 (additional_nine__v)

Added the following document field to support future functionality:

  • Contains Boxed Warning (contains_boxed_warning__v)

The following changes were made to PromoMats Vaults to support the Standard Metrics Duration Reports and Dashboards feature:

  • Added the Standard Metrics Duration (standard_metrics_duration__v) system-managed object
  • Added the Standard Metrics Job Run Control (standard_metrics_job__v) system-managed object
  • Added the Standard Metrics Business Processes (standard_metrics_business_processes__v) picklist with the following values:
    • Time in Content Creation
    • Time in Quality Check
    • Time in Review and Approval
    • Time in Regulatory Submission

The following changes were made to PromoMats Vaults to support the Modular Content: New User Interface feature:

  • Added the Section Order field to the Content Module object
  • Added the Content Module Asset Order field to the Content Module Asset object

  • Added the Grouping field to the Content Module Asset object

  • The following fields were added to the Portal (portal__v) object to support the Portals: New Portal Selector Page feature:

    • Portal Group (portal_group__v)
    • Product (product__v)
