24R2 Data Model Changes: QualityOne

With every release, we update the data model to better support evolving needs and new feature functionality. With this release, we’ve added the following components to the QualityOne data model. These data model updates are automatically included in all QualityOne Vaults, but Admins must make configuration changes to make them available. Data Model Changes - QMS (QualityOne)

Added components to support the External Collaboration Management on Audit Findings and Action Items feature:

  • Added the following objects:
    • Ext Collab Action Item Assignment (ext_collab_action_item_assignment__v)
    • Ext Collab Audit Finding Assignment (ext_collab_audit_finding_assignment__v)
  • Added the External Collaborator (external_collaborator__v) field to the Audit Finding (audit_finding__v) object.
  • Added the following fields to the Action Item (action_item__qdm) object:
    • External Collaborator (external_collaborator__v)
    • Organization (organization__v)
  • Added the following notification templates:
    • Ext Collaboration Welcome - AF (ext_collab_welcome_audit_finding__v)
    • Ext Collaboration Welcome Back - AF (ext_collab_welcome_back_audit_finding__v)
    • Ext Collaboration Goodbye - AF (ext_collab_goodbye_audit_finding__v)
    • Ext Collaboration Welcome - AI (ext_collab_welcome_action_item__v)
    • Ext Collaboration Welcome Back - AI (ext_collab_welcome_back_action_item__v)

Added components to support the HACCP Flow Diagram: Create Hazard Analysis, OPRP, and CCP for a Process Step feature:

  • The HACCP Plan (haccp_plan__v) field on the Process Hazard Analysis (process_hazard_analysis__v) object is now editable.

Added components to support the Hazard Analysis Enhancements feature:

  • Added the following objects:
    • PHA - Subsequent Step (pha_subsequent_step__v)
    • PRP/CM Hazard Analysis (prp_cm_hazard_analysis__v)
  • Added the following fields to the Process Hazard Analysis (process_hazard_analysis__v) object:

Added components to support the HACCP Plan: Localization Support (Data Model) feature:

  • Added the following objects:
    • Critical Control Translation (ccp_library_translation__v)
    • Detectability Translation (detectability_translation__v)
    • Formulation Translation (formulation_translation__v)
    • Hazard Translation (hazard_translation__v)
    • Occurrence Translation (occurrence_translation__v)

  • Made the following changes to the Name (name__v) field on the HACCP Plan (haccp_plan__v) object:
    • Added configurability.
    • Removed requirement for field to be unique.
