24R3 Data Model Changes: Medical

With every release, we update the data model to better support evolving needs and new feature functionality. With this release, we’ve added the following components to the Medical data model. These data model updates are automatically included in all Medical Vaults, but Admins must make configuration changes to make them available. For information on feature functionality, see What’s New in 24R3.

The following changes were made to MedComms Vaults to support the Auto-Generated Default Values for Copied Statements feature: 

  • Added the following fields to the Scientific Statement (annotation_keywords__sys) object:
    • Source Statement (source_statement__v)
    • Reason for Copy (reason_for_copy__v)
  • Added the following objects:
    • Controlled Vocabulary (controlled_vocabulary__v)
    • Constraints (constraints__v)

The following change was made to all Medical Vaults:

  • Added the Created From document relationship type

The following changes were made to MedInquiry Vaults to support the Telephony Support: Conversations feature:

  • Added the Conversation (conversation__v) object
  • Added the OmniConnect Connection (omni_connect_connection__v) field to the User (user__sys) object

The following change was made to MedInquiry Vaults:

  • Added the Standard Response Document (standard_response_document__v) field to the Fulfillment Document (fulfillment_document__v) object
  • Updated the Document Order (document_order__v) field on the Fulfillment Document (fulfillment_document__v) object to have a maximum value of 2147483647
  • Added the Response Document Access (response_document_access__v) object

The following changes were made to MedComms Vaults support the Content Modules UI for CRM Emails feature:

  • Added the Reason for Copy (reason_for_copy__v) field to the Content Module (content_module__v) object
  • Added the following objects:
    • Content Module and Scientific Statement Reply (cm_stmt_reply__v)
    • Content Module and Scientific Statement Comment (cm_stmt_comment__v)
  • Added the Resolution (resolution__v) picklist
