24R3 Data Model Changes: QualityOne

With every release, we update the data model to better support evolving needs and new feature functionality. With this release, we’ve added the following components to the QualityOne data model. These data model updates are automatically included in all QualityOne Vaults, but Admins must make configuration changes to make them available. Data Model Updates - QualityOne

Added components to support the Teams Enhancement: Manage Team Assignments feature:

• Added the Teams Update Operation Complete (team_update_operation_complete__v) notification template.

Data Model Updates - QMS (QualityOne)

Added components to support the Generate Documents for Additional QMS Processes feature:

• Added the following document fields:
  • Continuous Improvement Initiative Record (cii_record__v)
  • Lab Investigation Record (lab_investigation_record__v)
  • Inspection Record (inspection_record__v)

Added components to support the Periodic Reviews: APQRs for Internal Facility feature:

• Added the following fields to the APQR (apqr__v) object and APQR object type of the Periodic Review Template (periodic_review_template__v) object:

Added components to support the Inspection Sample Test Result Moving to Raw Object feature:

• Updated the Data Store attribute of the Inspection Sample Test Result (inspection_sample_test_results__v) object from Standard to Raw.

Added components to support the Reuse CCPs & OPRPs within the Same HACCP Plan feature:

• Added the following objects:
  • HACCP Hazard Control (haccp_hazard_control__v)

Added components to support the Auto-Create Proposed Audit Enhancements feature:

• Added the ability for Admins to configure the User must always enter a value (required) attribute for the following fields on the Organization (qms_organization_qdm) object:
  • Next Audit Date (next_audit_date__v)
  • Risk Classification (risk_classification__v)
