24R3 Data Model Changes: QualityOne

With every release, we update the data model to better support evolving needs and new feature functionality. With this release, we’ve added the following components to the QualityOne data model. These data model updates are automatically included in all listed application Vaults, but Admins must make configuration changes to make them available. Added components to support the Generate Documents for additional QMS Processes feature:

• Added the following document fields:
  • Continuous Improvement Initiative Record (cii_record__v)
  • Lab Investigation Record (lab_investigation_record__v)
  • Inspection Record (inspection_record__v)

Added components to support the Periodic Review: APQRs for Internal Facility feature:

• Added the following fields to the APQR (apqr__v) object and APQR object type of the Periodic Review Template (periodic_review_template__v) object:
  • Internal Facility (internal_facility__v)
  • Organization (qms_organization__v)
• Added the following document fields:

Added components to support the HACCP: Data Model Updates to Support Translation feature:
