Release Communications
您可以选择接收 Vault Service Availability Notifications（有关计划发布的版本和系统维护的电子邮件通知）。请参见 System Availability Emails，了解管理员如何启用此功能。
Service Availability Notifications 是根据托管 Vault 的 POD 发送的。通信包括指向相关信息和文档的链接，以及更新的时间/日期。

Release Types
以下信息是 Vault Release 的典型信息。有关特定版本的详细信息（例如 Release Impact Assessment 或 About the Release），请参见相应的 Release 说明页面。
General Release
General Release 指约每四个月接收一次软件更新的一组 Vault 生产服务器。General Release 包括自上一 General Release 发布以来的 Limited Release 中包括的所有产品增强功能和缺陷修复。Veeva 为每个 General Release 执行并记录安装资格认定 (IQ) 和运营资格认定 (OQ)。
详细信息：
- 生产 Vault 停机时间：两小时内大约 10 分钟
- 沙盒 Vault 停机时间：最多四小时
- 电子邮件通信：提前四周开始。部署完成时发送的通知
- Vault 内横幅：部署前 24 小时1
您可以在 Pre-Release 环境中预览新的 Vault General Release 功能。
注意：我们建议不要在 General Release 发布的那一周对环境进行配置更改，因为这可能会增加停机时间。如果原始对象受到版本中数据模型更改的影响，则它们可能会在这周内被锁定，无法更改配置。
General Release Early PODs
对于每个 General Release，都会在其余 POD 之前先更新一组 General Release POD，以帮助支持版本准备。作为回报，也会在其余 POD 之前为该组启用 Pre-Release。有关这些日期和早期 POD 列表，请参见 About the Release。
Limited Release
Limited Release 指在 General Release 之间约每三到五周接收一次软件更新的一组 Vault 生产服务器。Limited Release 包括产品增强功能，例如新功能、数据模型更改、基础结构改进和缺陷修复。Limited Release 用于重视提前体验新功能并能够容忍其环境中某些不稳定性的客户。

General Maintenance Release
General Maintenance Release 是指包含对影响客户的问题的修复的次要版本。Maintenance Release 通常在每周固定某一天的固定时间部署一次。General Maintenance Release 在发布之前需要经过 IQ 和 OQ 验证。

- Sandbox Vault 停机时间：通常无（可能最多五分钟）

System Maintenance Release
System Maintenance Release 指 Veeva 为调整系统基础设施而安排的停机时间。系统维护没有固定的时间表，但我们通常会在停机前一周通知将出现服务中断。如果适用，General System Maintenance Release 在发布之前需要经过 IQ 和 OQ 验证。

Authentication & PDF Servers
我们通常会在计划的 General Release 和 Limited Release 发布之前，提前一周发布身份验证和 PDF 服务器更新。对身份验证服务器的更改会同时影响 Limited Release Vault 和 General Release Vault。
Unplanned Maintenance Release
有时，可能需要 Unplanned Maintenance Release 来解决严重或其他紧急产品修复。此版本可能会在通常的每周计划之外发布，可能无法提前 24 小时通知。消息传递包括任何估计的停机时间。
